Desc: Kathamma: Directed by M.D. Sukumaran. With Aadhira, Ashok Raj, Biju Ram. Kathamma elopes with her lover Sakthi, against the wishes of her parents and they settle in a hilly village, Nagamala. They live happily and make a livelihood as dhobis. Sakthi's elder brother Selvam comes to live with them. This is followed by tragic incidents in their life. Sakthi gets killed in an uncanny circumstance and Kathamma is forced to marry his brother Selvam. When Kathamma realizes the truth behind her husband's death, she decides to take revenge.
